Apple and Leek Entry

Remove the dark green leaves of the leek. Cut the garlic lengthwise, cut in half, and return to halve, wash well, cut into strips and bring to heat with half the vegetable broth and soy sauce. When a boil, cook for 10 minutes to soften. Meanwhile cut the thin and light apple almonds to brown in a pan without fat. Pour the leeks in the pan and reduce the cream in a blender, add the creme fraiche, sultanas and apple cubes briefly took the boil. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and serve. Preparation time: 20 minutes

1/8 l vegetable broth
5 tablespoons soy sauce Kikkoman
1 apple pippin
1 tablespoon chopped almonds
2 tablespoons creme fraiche
