Sushi avocado and tuna

Place a mat rolling sushi on top of adhesive film. In the upper half extends nori sheet. Pour the rice evenly over the nori, leaving 1 cm of no rice leaf at one end. Pour the Kikkoman wasabi mayonnaise and over the other half of the nori sheet and lay it on top of the rice. Add the tuna (or salmon) cut into carpaccio and avocado into very thin slices. Wrap as if rolling a pie. Remove the treadmill and cut the roll into 6 pieces. Cut in half the cherry tomatoes to decorate and serve with Kikkoman Sushi & Sashimi soy sauce.
Preparation time: 30 minutes

1 sheet of nori
85 g of rice for sushi cooked and seasoned with white vinegar
Wasabi qs
A little mayonnaise Kikkoman
35 g of fresh tuna or smoked salmon
Avocado slices 15
1 1/2 cherry tomatoes
Kikkoman Sushi & Sashimi Soy Sauce
