Paprika chicken in Wok

Cook the basmati rice,
Cut the chicken breast into thin slices and season with
pepper. Cut the peppers into slices. Finely grind the red pepper.
Peel and crush the garlic. Wash peas and soybeans. Fry the chicken with pepper and garlic in sesame oil, add you the strips of pepper and saute 3 minutes. Season with the sauce to wok, add the bean sprouts, peas and 2 tablespoons sesame seeds. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes. Mix the rice and remaining sesame seeds and serve. Preparation time: 40 min.

200g basmati rice
500g chicken breast
ground pepper
1 red pepper, 1 green pepper,
1 yellow pepper
red pepper
1 clove garlic
150 g of peas
200 g soy beans
2 teaspoons sesame oil soup
6 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce to wok
(Kikkoman wok or sauce)
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
