Tagliatelle with smoked bacon and cheese

In a pan, place the olive oil and mild to braise a little onion cut into thin strips with chilli broken into small pieces and bacon cut into cubes. If necessary, add a little hot water and cook a little.
Then fry the remaining onion in a frying pan and add it to the previous stew, season with salt and pepper.
Cook the tagliatelli "al dente" in a pan with enough boiling water and salt, drain and pour the tagliatelli in the pan. Mix well the previous mixture, place on plates, drizzle with a little olive oil and cheese chips.

400g tagliatelle
200g smoked bacon
400g onion
50g cream cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
2 hot peppers
Salt and pepper
