It has two ranges: the Classic Range, produced with high-quality durum wheat semolina, combining artisanal know-how with the finest ingredients; and the Premium Range, made with pure spring water from the Verde River at a constant temperature of 8 degrees, mixed with high-quality durum wheat, produced in bronze molds for a handcrafted finish that gives it a rough texture, better attracting sauces.
