St Michel Biscuits were created more than a century ago. Today, they are still made using the same original recipe developed by the pastry chef Joseph Grellier in 1905. This unique recipe was the beginning of a successful and independent family business for the Grellier family.

St. Michel has 8 factories that daily produce delicious butter biscuits with varied flavors such as: sea salt, caramel, chocolate nuggets; madeleines; Gatêauxs and brownies. All made through the old recipes making St. Michel a landmark in their home country, appreciated all over the world.
