Potato soup and lentils

Cut the potatoes into cubes, carrots and celery. Saute in butter lentils and vegetables.
Pour 1 liter of boiling water and cook about 15-20 minutes. Reduce the cream soup, perfect with fraische cream and half of Kikkoman soy sauce, add the spicy flavor of spices. Pour the remaining cream in the soup fraische as a topping and serve with lemon balm leaves. Drizzle with lemon to taste. Preparation time: 35 minutes

200 g potatoes to cook
2 carrots
Parsley or celery
100g red lentils
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup fraische cream (150g)
8-10 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce
Cumin powder
Freshly ground pepper
Lemon balm leaves
