Swiss roll calf marinated in soy sauce

Cut onion finely and mix with other ingredients to make a marinade. Clean the needle beans, blanch it and spread it on salted and seasoned meat. Make rolls and place them 30-40 minutes in the marinade prepared beforehand. Cook rice according to package directions.

Dry and fry the rolls. Remove them from the pan and keep warm, add the white wine, sherry and broth and simmer. Place the rolls in the sauce for approx. 5 minutes, until thickened. Marinating time: 30 minutes Cooking time: 25 minutes

200g large rice 

For the marinade:
1 onion
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
125 ml of Kikkoman soy sauce
2 tablespoons sherry

For the rolls:
250 g of needle beans
8 calf fillets (150 g)
Salt and pepper
1/8 l white wine
1/8 l dry sherry
1/4 broth
